Blogpost 22-6 | Week 1 at D-reizen

My first week is a fact! I've learned a lot in my first week at D-reizen. I've done so many things like: Sending E-mails to hotels and guests, booking holidays with guests, made a quotation for a guest for their holiday to Egypt. And I've helped guests with checking-in, booking luggage and booking seats for their flights. I started my first day with getting to know the systems they work with and did an onboarding training from D-reizen. I did my first booking already at the 2th day. It was a family holiday for 4 persons to Egypt. They wanted the same holiday and same hotel that they have been last year. I also did a complaint from a guest. She did a cycle holiday in Spain and one of the last days she stayed for 3 nights at a hotel with bad food. She ate outdoors and that's not what you want for your guests. So I send the complaint to the ANWB because they offered this trip. But overall she had a very nice holiday. I really enjoyed my first week, I've nice colleagues and a great working place. I'm really looking forward to my 2th week at D-reizen!
