Another fun week at D-reizen! This week our colleagues from D-reizen in Joure joined us, because they are moving to a new location in Joure. In this short time I also learned a lot from them. I even made a quotation for Bali. A young couple were planning a trip to Bali, but they didn't know much about Bali. So my colleague and I made a trip for them. With my expertise and Her’s brought us on trip around Bali, where they cross a different island, visit nice Balinese temples and where they can do Scuba diving.
This week I also had my first customer who wanted to buy a plane tickets to Ethiopia, but unfortunately he didn't buy any. Regular customers from Joure were planning the same vacation they always do to Bonaire. So I searched things out for them with prices and different classes on the plane. I also did a lot of phone calls to improve my phone skills. And I've done my first aftersales with a costumer who went to Gran Canaria. This was a very eventful week. On to the next week!
